Foreshore Terraces

This is the second of four projects in our Lekki Foreshore Estates series, on a lot that’s narrower than the others but runs back much further. That narrow frontage became the starting point for the facade rather than a limitation to work around — proportioned tightly enough to read clearly from the street, and considered enough to still feel distinct from surrounding projects.
