A contemporary statement on the Lekki skyline.
At the heart of the Alausa CBD in Ikeja, flanked by government buildings and fronting the Lagos–Ibadan Expressway, a triangular brownfield plot becomes a housing district with civic presence. A single massing language — a controlled set of forms, proportions and materials — holds a broad range of apartments together as one address, reading as a deliberate composition from the expressway and as quieter domestic frontages from within.
