A tranquil oasis above a dense city.
Trimnell Tower sits at the centre of a highly networked urban condition on Victoria Island. Rather than shutting the city out, the plan introduces thresholds — a turn in the circulation, a shaded loggia — so residents arrive somewhere unhurried at the end of the day.
